Erica Quarles is a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse who brings extensive clinical and leadership experience to Epic Home Healthcare. Based in Prosper, Texas, Erica earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)from the University of South Alabama and joined the Epic team in November 2024.
Before joining Epic, Erica served as a Director of Nursing and Clinical Nurse in an outpatient family health clinic, where she led patient care initiatives and managed complex caseloads. She also held a pivotal role as Officer in Chargeof Langley’s Exceptional Family Member Program, where she coordinated comprehensive care and services for military families with special needs.
Erica is experienced in developing individualized care plans using acuity-based risk stratification to address physical, social, and financial barriers to wellness. She has conducted diagnosis-specific assessments, coordinated seamless hospital-to-home transitions, and educated patients and caregivers on treatment adherence to improve long-term outcomes and reduce hospital readmissions.
