Donna Kathy Carter

Donna Kathy Carter is a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse dedicated to delivering respectful, personalized care that supports each client’s dignity, independence, and well-being. Based in Mineola, Texas, Donna earned her Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from Northeast Texas Community College and obtained her RN licensure shortly after.

Before joining Epic Home Healthcare in December 2023, Donna worked as a Hospice Nurse Case Manager and in Emergency Nursing, where she managed complex patient care plans, responded to acute medical needs, and provided emotional support to patients and families during critical and end-of-life moments.

Her background in palliative care, acute care, and chronic condition management allows her to approach each client relationship with empathy, precision, and professionalism. Donna is highly regarded for her calm demeanor, strong communication skills, and ability to build meaningful trust with both clients and their families.

Through her compassionate and skilled approach, Donna continues to uphold Epic Home Healthcare’s mission of providing care that enhances life quality and brings comfort, confidence, and peace of mind to every client she serves.
