A Registered Nurse (RN) at Epic Home Healthcare plays a key role in delivering exceptional clinical care and ensuring the health, comfort, and safety of every patient served. As a vital part of our interdisciplinary care team, the RN provides skilled nursing services, oversees care delivery, and coordinates with families, caregivers, and healthcare providers to ensure each patient receives the highest quality of care in the comfort of their home.
Primary responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications and treatments, and monitoring patients’ physical and emotional well-being. The RN also provides supervision, education, and clinical support to Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), caregivers, and aides to ensure consistent, accurate, and compassionate care.
This position requires a valid RN license, strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a deep commitment to patient-centered care. Experience in home health, hospice, or senior care is preferred.
