A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Epic Home Healthcare plays a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and overall well-being of our patients. The LPN also provides guidance and clinical support to caregivers and staff, ensuring that care plans are followed with accuracy and professionalism.
This position requires a valid LPN license, strong clinical judgment, and excellent attention to detail. Experience in senior care or home health is preferred, along with a compassionate and patient-centered approach to caregiving.
